Mrs Woolly's Campground is open now and throughout the summer and autumn.
With 36 unpowered sites for tents, campervans and RVs, the campground offers a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. Shared and well-maintained kitchen, barbeques, refrigerators, picnic benches, toilets, coin-operated showers and laundry facilities, and a children’s play area are complemented by a special twist on campground services: upon check-in, guests can order breakfast and hot coffee delivered to their campsites the next morning!
Always wanted to camp, without all the compromises? Our “glamping” (glamour + camping) tents are a first in the Glenorchy area. These well appointed canvas cabins—reminiscent of African safari tents—are perfect for a hassle-free getaway that allows you to truly enjoy the beauty surrounding you . . . and each other.
Each tent includes a cosy king-size, queen or two twin beds, fresh linens, solar lighting with chargers for your small devices, a carpet, cushioned campchairs, and best of all, coffee and fresh pastries delivered right to your tent in the morning!
Glamping tents are $160 per night for two people, with a minimum stay of two nights. Bookings are highly recommended!

Groceries (including fresh local produce and fresh baked goods), tasty healthy takeaway foods, soap, personal items, and outdoor gear and supplies are available at Mrs. Woolly’s General Store next door.

Upon check-in, you can order hot coffee and/or breakfast goodies delivered to your campsite in the morning. Or step next door to pick up an all-day breakfast sandwich, hot pour-over coffee, fresh pastries, crunchy and imaginative salads, or savory wraps to take on the trail.
