About Caro Rennebeck
“Around eight years ago, a natural path to grow organic food opened up a whole new world to me and blessed me with its magic; since then I have been creating and working in and with nature.”
Caro says it’s a daily pleasure to put her hands in soil, listen to her garden’s needs and help others to understand the magic of gardening. Next to providing us with essential and nutritious food, a garden blesses the gardener with intuitive knowledge about the connection between plants, humans and the cycle of life. “Homegrown Glenorchy reflects what is most dear to me....bountiful and flavoursome life, food and positive growth....welcome and happy growing!”

Meditation can be hugely beneficial for stress-relief and exploring spirituality.
This workshop is aimed at those people who are interested in developing their own meditation practice and would like to know how to start. It's also for those who have enjoyed meditation already and are seeking to extend their practice. There will be a general introduction followed by a brief period of chanting. Then simple pranayama (breathing) exercises will follow and a relaxation process to quieten and centre the mind.
Then a guided meditation will be used to lead into a period of stillness. Please bring a cushion. Some blankets will be provided but you may prefer to bring your own.
