Cabins

From creatively appointed two-bedroom units with fine linens to comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in one, two, or three-room configurations to affordable two-bed bunk rooms, Camp Glenorchy’s cabins offer flexibility and convenience for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Our well-insulated accommodations harness the rays of the sun to provide power and keep guests warm in winter while keeping things cool in the summer, decreasing our energy footprint and helping us consume Net Zero energy each year. 

Bunkrooms

Just looking for someplace simple, warm and affordable to lay your head before or after your tramp? Travelling with buddies and looking for a great experience while splitting the cost of a bunk room? Look no further. Camp Glenorchy offers four cosy bunk rooms, each sleeping from one to four guests in twin-size bunk beds.

All bunkroom guests have access to shared facilities including water-efficient toilets, coin-operated showers, spacious kitchen facilities with refrigerators and microwaves, a shared dining room, coin-operated laundry and storage lockers as part of their stay.

Camping in Your Tent or Motorhome

At Camp Glenorchy you’ll find a great place to settle in for the night… or a few nights!...while you explore the many tracks, activities, adventures and beauty in the area. Offering powered spots for up to eight self-contained motorhomes (reserve your spot now!) and both powered and unpowered tent sites with views of the stunning mountains that cradle the site, Camp Glenorchy’s all-new shared amenities make camping at the head of the lake both convenient and fun.
